Laying all these out, with costs of each and the priority for performing each has gone a long way toward allowing me to manage the costs of maintaining two automobiles within the budget I must work with. At first, they wouldn't promise me the work would be done that same day but they said they would try their best. All the work was completed by the end of the day and i was able to get going on my trip on time.

Wonderful! They always let me know if indeed immediate repairs or if I will soon need repairs. No pressures! They even take my car to the tire shop for free if the tire shop warranties my tires and I need them repaired!
