I trust Matt Zeitler and the staff at the Waxahachie, Texas shop to be honest about the repairs needed on my vehicles and to do a great job making the repairs and then to stand behind their work. They are always friendly. When my wife has to take a vehicle to the shop to be repaired, they go out of the way to explain to my wife what work needs to be done so she can relay the information to me. The office is always clean and comfortable and when I pick up my repaired vehicle they make sure I understand what repairs were done and I leave knowing they have taken by vehicle for a test drive and the technician who worked on the vehicle is satisfied with the vehicles performance before handing the keys over to me.

They do a great job every time.

The guys at Christian Brothers always take the time to explain to me what is wrong with the car in a way that doesn’t make me feel like “omg the sky is falling”. They will tell us what is wrong that needs fixing today. Then they’ll tell us what else (if anything) they found that could be fixed - but not necessarily today. They have a “no pressure” approach to car repair and I have only had to bring back a repair to them once for a repeat issue, and when that happened they took care of it, no questions asked. I’ve had several used vehicles that I’ve taken to Christian Brothers Automotive throughout their lifespans to have repair work done on them, and I always recommend them to anyone who needs work done because they simply just do good work.
