I liked the ease of scheduling, how friendly the front of desk workers were, and how quickly it was all done. My only constructive feedback would be to give an estimate on possible needed services upon checking out. I say this because I went in for an alignment after purchasing 4 brand new tires from across the street. My tire pressure sensor light was on prior to bringing into Christian Brothers. The man working on my car told me at checkout that he tried to reset it for me but that the fuse needed replacing, but he didn't let me know if: A: He could do that work there, or B: How much that fuse would cost +labor. Not to mention upon leaving I noticed when I would break that my truck would shake, like it is having trouble stopping. It didn't do this prior to my alignment, but I suppose could be coincidental. I put new brakes and changed 1 rotor less than a year ago. My husband said that I probably needed to replace the other rotors and asked what the mechanic quoted me. Well no one mentioned that was something that looked like it needed to be addressed while my alignment was being done, but my husband made me think that it should've been a common courtesy that someone would bring it to my attention, or that I myself should have known to ask if anything else needed done to help with prolonging the life of my tires. Despite those things, which I believe is more my fault for not anticipating ahead of time to ask these questions myself, I enjoyed the experience at this location. Again I was treated very kind, and pricing seemed reasonable.
Professional, knowledgeable and the very best customer service. You are not just a number but treated as a person. They are always so courteous and are very thorough and give great detail on your vehicle issues. I always choose them first.

They were able to respond quickly, efficiently and accurately to what I perceived as an emergency situation. After checking the brakes out (at no charge to an existing customer), they were found to be fine and I was able to make it to the memorial service for a close friend. (They were going to order parts and have them back the same day to do the repair if needed). They are great. Of course, they ARE CHRISTIANS at Christian Brothers...another good reason to do business with them.
They did everything they could do to help my situation when it was financially difficult for me to get the necessary repairs done.
