Friendly staff, quality work, and generous business. I came in for a broken taillight and they replaced it free of charge. They offer a shuttling service while your car is being fixed, which is very convenient to save an Uber fee

While replacing my taillight, they performed a free inspection of my vehicle. They found a few minor issues and told me about them in the best way. They showed me pictures for proof of exactly what was wrong, but then said it was just a recommendation for me to be aware of and sent me on my way. No pressure whatsoever to do anything about it, or that it should come from them. They were happy to look at it if I thought it was an issue and returned. Otherwise, they simply wanted me to be aware of a potential future issue with me vehicle. Very kind, polite, and professional

I so appreciated the kindness and respect the employees of Christian Brothers Automotive showed me. They may not be the cheapest place to get work done on your vehicle, but they are highly professional and skilled at their craft. They constantly were in communication with me via texts on updates and the condition of my Jeep. Finally, it was so convenient and helpful that I was able to pay online and that they dropped the Wrangler off at my work place when the work was done. I will certainly use Christian Brothers Automotive for my future auto repairs.
