The guys at Christian Brothers on Valley Ranch Drive gave a courtesy ride even though I was a mile outside of their ride zone. They diagnosed my AC problem in a reasonable amount of time also did an overall maintenance assessment checked for any factory recalls on my vehicle. The problem with my car was under warranty through the dealership ship, not CBA. Instead of me having to pick up my vehicle and take it to a dealership where it was covered, they just went ahead and did the fix for no charge.

Recently I had an issue with wet carpet in my car. Twice I brought my car to Christian Brothers Automotive in Valley Ranch. Since they could not locate the source of this problem, they did not charge me. The third time I brought the car in, they DID locate the source of the problem, but the necessary part was not available, so again they did not charge me. When the part became available, they phoned me and I brought the car in, and it was fixed. At this time, CBA did charge me. I was very impressed that there was only the one time charge for my car, after all the time that CBA spent trying to discover my car's problem. Thank you for your service!
In addition, I appreciated the complimentary ride to and from work during these numerous visits to CBA!

Very knowledgeable, fast, and very friendly. They got me a state inspection as a walk-in and were just great! I had my two kids with me and they made the kids feel comfortable and not be bored waiting for the car.
