Efficiency
Fair price for an oil change without having to hunt for coupon online. The people seemed knowledgeable and kind. They explained the inspection and rated the items in terms of importance, but did not try to sell me anything. No fear tactics, no pressure. Just, this is what should be done first.
Calm, comforting environment - I know it's silly thing to write about for an auto center, but I really needed that as my life was turned totally upside down and sitting there waiting for my oil change was peaceful.
I am new to the area and will definitely keep Christian Brothers as the place I go to for automotive needs.

I really appreciated the ride share service. I’m single so nobody to pick me up and Uber gets expensive. I like also the list of items that need fixing separated individually with pricing so that I can make a decision to have only a portion of the work done. Super helpful. Everyone is friendly and helpful so it makes a stressful situation easier to navigate.

They inspected my brake pads and rotors and provided me with an honest evaluation. I did not need new brake pads and my rotors were not warped. When I took my vehicle to the Ford dealership I was told that my rotors were warped and my break pads were thin and it was metal on metal and this was not true. I am glad that I came to Christian Brothers for 2nd opinion.
