Professional and friendly service

I went here as I was getting grinding sound at the rear side of my car. I knew breaks or rotors might be gone. The customer service is good and said they will take 1hr to look into issue. I decided to wait in the lobby. After 1hr they came and showed me what all the issues are apart from break pads and rotor and what will be the cost to replace it. Very reasonable price really loved it.
I have setup the time for next day and dropped of my car and they dropped me back at my home(shuttle service) and it was done on time. Only issue I had is there were black marks on body of my car, I think after working they haven't cleaned my car.

Everything! Made an appointment. They were on time. No long lines. Shuttle service dropped me home. Service performed quickly. And the shuttle arrived promptly to take me back. Very smooth experience!

As a woman ... how they speak to me in a respectful way. And if they do get offended by my many questions and why's when work has to be done to my car .... they still treat me with respect. I would like it though if they would extend their shuttle service all the way down to south Irving (especially for us senior citizens).
