Have been taking my cars at CB Valley Ranch for past 15 years. They are timely and provide excellent service and taken care of my cars.
The staff were very welcoming and professional. I had an appointment and my car was promptly taken into the service bay for alignment. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean and they completed my service and the bill was less than I anticipated and was about one third the quote my Lexus dealer gave me. I will definitely use this company again for service and will refer them to friends. Great and professional group. Difficult to find in the automotive service arena

Professionalism, patience and efficiency
My car had died on the highway. After getting it towed to CBA, we had very pleasant and professional interaction with the team. The car was diagnosed for free. On your advice, we had the car towed to the KIA dealer who confirmed it was an engine failure and was covered by the warranty. This may not have happened if the car had been towed to another store...
It has saved us a lot of money and grief!
