They also give rides to/from home or other places - which is a BIG deal since I have to have a ride to home/work. A rental car isn't an option for most routine maintenance and repair work and I can't stay and wait at the shop due to my schedule.

I went to Christian Brothers after hearing Dave Ramsey's recommendations. My dealership quoted me a price about $300 higher than Chrisitian Brothers. I was much happier with the customer service and price at Christian Brothers. Everything was fixed, I was told about all issues and consulted with before any work was done. They seemed to truly care about their customers and not taking advantage of them. I plan to go to Chrisitian Bothers for any repairs that my car may need in the future.
