Customers are presented with options but there is no hard sell to encourage customer to purchase services. I have always felt staff is honest about repairs or services needed. Not all auto mechanic businesses operate on honesty.

Quick service and great communication
As is often the case, you only need a mechanic when things have gone wrong. In this case it was a daughter who works late, a curb and the resulting damage. Brandon and his team we're more than kind to me! They shared their property, time and attention with someone who eventually filed an insurance claim. Brandon refused to bill me for the estimate and storage. He is a true gentleman and exhibited a level of kindness and service that was surprising! Every one of his employees that I encountered, showed me the same. Please support them with your business. You are lucky to have them in your neighborhood.
