I cannot remember the last time, if ever, I used an automotive repair center and was treated as if I was their best customer. Every single employee, to include Freddy, the boss man, ensures that I have been kept completely informed, regarding their findings to fix the problem, what it’s going to cost and what options I have to ensure the job will be done professionally and on time. Those few instances; when something has gone south, I have been kept well informed and the cost to repair it has never been a surprise. I appreciate their warranty business model whereby, it provides me with a peace of mind when I leave their premises. I have been asked if I think Christen Brothers is a little high for their repair work? Yes, I’m aware of the cliché “You get what you pay for”, but when adding in top notch, first rate auto replacement parts, quality and highly skilled trained mechanics and a warranty program to boot, the aggregate cost so pays for itself. So then what happens if they do make a mistake? Simply stated: They fix it! One last thing. I appreciate their free shuttle service and I am so fortunate to have a hometown mechanic, place of business, that gives me great pleasure to recommend to my friends and family.
