the whole experience from setting up the service, the updates Mark gave throughout as well as the honest evaluation and service I felt we recieved. The test drive noting another issue and mainly the fact that they noticed a possible issue with alternator while it was already off and saved me the labor by replacing it with a new one while it was already off. Updating issues and prices and getting approval prior to service also.

Your staff took the time to explain what the problem was after diagnosis and your pricing was considerably less than the quote for the repairs from the car dealer. The job was done promptly as promised and the warranty was exceptional compared to other repair shops. You have a new customer.
