The price on Facebook was not the price that I was charged. I was charged MORE than expected which was horrible.
The staff was very nice and a young lady called me and promised me she would get back with me regarding filter and labor charges but she never did. I’m just upset that I was ripped off and not charged the $34.95 for the oil change. There was no mention of the filter and labor being extra. I even asked the nice man at the counter if it included the filter and he said yes, it includes everything. Not good.

They pay attention to your concerns, they are very professional and will go out of their well to make sure you know your car is in good hands and not only that be they make sure to know how we feel about the price before taking actions. Times are tough but the staff and management do all that they can to make sure your experience was more then we as customers expected it to be and I love more that GOD/JESUS CHRIST is welcomed there, they take care of God's people! Beautiful people with a service heart.
First time taking my car. Customer service was excellent. They explained what repairs were needed. And even showed me pictures of the worn parts. I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. Prices were far and reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
