The customer service at Christian Brothers Automotive is exceptional. Car needed urgent attention after being ran off the road, which caused some heavy impact to my alignment. They offered to perform the alignment check for free and then quoted me approximate cost of a normal alignment given there’s no additional damage. Julie assured me they would take great care of my car and could perform the check the same day. After a short while they informed me that there was no heavy damage, but the vehicle a full alignment. Even though I was going out of town, they assured me that the car would be fixed by Monday, which was totally acceptable, given that I had dropped the vehicle off so late. They even provided a shuttle home after work on Friday so I could still make my plans for the weekend. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me on additional maintenance that I did not need. They have certainly gained a new customer for my future auto needs.

I appreciated the very clear breakdown of what needed to be completed, and the turn around time for completion.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 10 is because I feel as though if a customer pays for the EXPENSIVE diagnostic, and then get the work done same day- the diagnostic fee should be discounted or waived, especially when you’re already spending almost $1000. Other than that, I never have any complaints about the work, customer service or the atmosphere. Everything else is always 10 stars for me.
