This company did a great job assisting me with a vehicle purchase. They went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and gave me information on every part of this vehicle. They took their time and thoroughly checked it out giving me all details with pictures of anything that was wrong with the vehicle, With this info I knew what to ask the dealership for and was able to put together a great deal.
That they really wanted to fix my car.
I would say it was quick and they were all very friendly. And the price was fair. A job well done.

The office staff (and management) were extremely attentive and compassionate for my particular car issue and even offered a large discount based on my unfortunate circumstance. The manager came out and sat with me to explain the car diagnosis and my options. Honestly their service prices were a little on the higher end, but they had good availability and earned the customer's trust (at least on my initial visit). For this empathetic act of service and special discount I will totally recommend this business to other customers! This was the White Rock location on McCree Rd. Incredible.

In the last month I have had 3 different vehicles in their shop, and each time Carlos and his team have met my auto repair needs and have provided great customer service, way above what most shops provide.
Their mechanics are ASE certified and always perform quality workmanship.
"I'm hooked on CBA White Rock" is what Lowell quipped with a big smile, when he showed me the coat/purse hook on the customer's restroom. You see on my first trip, I had made the suggestion to add a hook so we would have somewhere to put our purse/coat, and now we do.
And as always, Veronica is ready to give us a ride or provide snacks and hot coffee or water.
