My experience at CBA in Friendswood was excellent as always. They were friendly, helpful and informative. They performed the service in a very timely manner.
My experience at CBA in League City was just the opposite. I had an appointment for a state inspection. When I arrived, I was informed they could not honor that appointment because of rain. They were very rude and treated me as though I were stupid.
I went to Friendswood the same day and they did the inspection and honored the special price that League City was advertising.
They were very informative about the repairs I needed to do on my vehicle. They also explained what I needed to.do and what could wait. I felt like my concerns where addressed and I will be back to finish the repairs they recommended.
