They were very friendly.Explained everything to me once I arrived to pick up vehicle.They provided a shuttle ride for me to my residence..They also provide services to Mercedes, which is not easy to find someone to service that particular vehicle in my location…They also provided the Vehicle report through your Mobile number so you can view before picking up vehicle,which give me a opportunity to make a decision on the matter..

I felt like the employees care about the customer. They are very friendly and the customer service is really good. Chad had to give me bad news about my car and he asked me to give him a call before sending the estimate. I really appreciated the advice he gave me. The shuttle driver provided great customer service as well. While I waited on the shuttle I was offered water with a smiling face. The shuttle driver greeted me with a smile and she was very friendly. The company has a great staff. Keep up the good work!

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional , ccourteous, and helpful from having a courtesy vehicle to take me to my office while they were diagnosing and doing the repair of the problem to picking me up from my office when repair was complete.Keeping me informed during the process was very heipful as well.
