Excellent repair and timely info

I have a Chrysler 200 convertible that I brought in to the Westchase, Tampa location because the car stalled twice in one day. It had never happened before in the seven years I've owned the car. The team ran diagnostics and fixed most of the issues. Given what I read on the internet, this is a common problem with the 200 and can be a complex issue to solve. The next day car stalled again and I returned to CBA. This time they were able to fix the problem. It was not been an issue since (one month). I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and kept informed.

Recently moved my wife from Massachusetts to Florida. As I have a few months till I am able to move to join her I find myself in a position ai have never been in. Being in a new place where we don’t know many people and have even less contacts for advice. Her Jeep Wrangker was in need of some service. While I have my own very well outfitted garage at my home in MA where I personally do almost all of our automotive repairs. We now have no such luxuries in FL. Searched local garages and read reviews as the Jeep was in need of some service for a recently developed “wobble”. Now since I maintain our vehicles regularly I found myself in a situation that knowing that a shimmy on a jeep is a common complaint and having several over the years know where to look. But now I’m at the mercy of bringing it to someone else to find a problem. So I called Christian brothers and was treated very politely on the phone, explained the issue and that it was not the “death wobble” like most Jeeps. Just very slight at certain speeds and what all has been done. They fit me in the next day shuttles me back home and had my Jeep all day. After several technicians looked over the jeep and test drive it trying to duplicate the shake they reluctantly called me and explained that mine was probably the best driving lifted jeep they had ever experienced. And asked if I could come and drive it WITH there techs and hopefully duplicate it as they could not. It had been in and off the lift several times already. Checked ALL components and confirmed that everything appeared to be in PERFECT. Condition. I too sadly was unable to duplicate it with them. Finally I asked if they would re rotate the tires as I had done so prior to the drive to FL and put it up for an alignment. They rotated the tires and put it up on the rack to determine that the alignment was also perfect. Now the point of this long rant is. While a cause still has yet to be determined or again duplicated since the visit to Christian brothers. As a man who is used to just going out in my garage putting the vehicle on the lift and doing work myself, I couldn’t be more impressed with the way I was treated, to include courtesy, not just throwing parts at my vehicle that “MAY FIX” the problem and most importantly not trying to take advantage of my situation. It’s a Jeep usually throw tierods at them, ball joints, drag link wheel bearings etc etc in HOPES of fixing a front end problem. I was charged only for what was actually done nothing more and went away with very little cost in my opinion for the time that was spent on my vehicle. And MOST importantly!!!! I know there is a garage close by that I am confident if my wife is in need of service when I’m not there she can go to and will not be taken advantage of. Thank you Christian brothers
