I liked that I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold additional services that I didn't need. The mechanics and staff were not pushy at all and made sure I completely understood what was going on and the problems at hand. I feel like everyone was very straight forward, upfront and honest with me. Being a woman and taking your car to the mechanic is not always the easiest thing to do. Christian Brothers gave me a great experience and I will go back should any further problems arise.
