I love coming to this place anytime I need to have anything done to my car as this is a great place and they make you feel welcome and never try to make you do anything to your car that is not necessary. If you think something needs to be done they will check prior and if it does not need to be done they will not do it. They don't try to just get money out of you they actually care about the customer there. I have been coming to Christian Brothers for about 2 years on my car and they have always done a great job

Repair to my car was done very quickly.

Very easy to work with. Reasonably priced compared with other quotes we received for the same work. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off makes repairs manageable.

The efficiency and customer service

The technician checked the tire pressure during the tire rotation process and inflated it to the correct pressure. The tire pressure light on dashboard was off when I picked up my vehicle. Great job overall!

I LOVED the warm atmosphere and the friendly service. They make you feel not like a person but an old friend. Justin sat down with me on their COUCH and went over every little thing with me and what was needed now and what could wait. Really upfront and quick service. Jason was easy to talk to and to schedule an appointment with. They have become my goto place. Always ready to great you with a smile and a beverage.

We are new to Tampa and had been contemplating and looking for an full care auto shop. The customer service and care were fantastic! Clean, professional yet at home feel of the facility. Not your every day auto shop.Didn't try to push or sell. Looking out for the safety of the customer when recommendations were made. Very efficient and great turn around time. They kept us informed.
We were impressed with the honesty of the office staff when one customer arrived and no charges were made because nothing could be found wrong on the vehicle. She was expecting to pay, but they said honestly that they didn't find or see anything wrong. That sold us! We left our second auto in their care while picking up our original car for repair. This was our first visit with Christian Brothers. It is now our new auto care shop!!

I brought my car in because I thought I needed an alignment. The alignment check came out good and so they rotated my tires to see if my car pulled left instead of right. I gave you a “10” because CBA could have charged me $99 for the alignment even though I didn’t need it and made more money. Instead, they were honest and only charged me for the rotation and the alignment check. As a female, I applaud honesty when I bring my car in. It isn’t like that everywhere you go. Thank you again and I will be a repeat customer because of this!
