The mechanic working in my car was very thorough and clearly like his job & respected quality car of a customer’s vehicle

Also, my first visit in the dummer I was told I will need new brake & Rotors

2nd visit in late summer I was told I had 50% wear left

3rd. Visit front brakes replaced with front & back rotors buffed.

Very different story each time. Yet last visit the level of service & knowledge of the actual brake and rotor wear appeared to be more detailed with technical oversight applied to managing the service.

I felt visits 1 & 2 weren’t really detailed and more of General observations versus hard facts.

The desire to work with us as we had to travel out of state and repaired and keep auto till we returned
