I have been looking for an knowledgeable, honest and efficient mechanic for a while. I explained this to the representative when I first called in. I was extremely please with the overall experience.
Every aspect of my initial request was exceeded. Communication through the whole process was great! Having an emailed full report(with photos) of my vehicles diagnoses was extremely helpful for me to understand the full scope of work needed. It also informed me of which items needed immediate attention and others that could wait, but would needed to be addressed in the near future. Having the option to pick and choose which items to be performed with instant calculations of costs associated with chosen items was phenomenal! I had some initial questions about the first report I was sent, minutes after I asked a question over text, I received a phone call and was able to get all the information I needed. I just can't get over how responsive everyone was during the whole process. On top of all of that, my vehicle needed some rather extensive work done. I choose to have all the work performed off of the report expecting it to take a week or so.. TWO days later, truck was washed and fully repaired back in service.
I have never had such a seamless experience with a mechanic before, I will be back with my full fleet of company vehicles for all future needs! Thank you Christian Brothers, I look forward to having the same experience in the future!
