The employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Christian Brothers not only fixed my car but provided a free report on some other items that might need some attention. They were up front with the pricing and the work was completed on schedules as promised. There were no surprises that you get from other mechanics. The suggested work was things that I had already known about, so there was no deception there either. I would not only suggest Christian Brothers to others, but I plan on returning when needed.

There are a few things I liked about my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. First positive experience is building presentation. The building is very attractive looking from the street as well as having a very clean waiting area and the automotive bays are very clean. The next positive experience at Christian Brothers Automotive is the friendliness of the staff. A very friendly, accepting and knowledgeable staff who listens is a very good soft skill to have which will bring in other customers when the word spreads around the community. Lastly would be the shuttle service. The shuttle service allows the customer to be somewhere they may need to be if their vehicle were not in the shop. Christian Brothers Automotive makes this a more smooth transition for the customer to go about their day rather than having to spend a lot of hours in the waiting room unless the customer decides to wait it out in the waiting room. Christian Brothers Automotive is a little more pricey than other shops, but Christian Brothers Automotive will stand behind their work and warranties.

It is a 'neighborhood' car care facility that does not try to 'sell' you something based on what is popular. They diagnose the problem and fix it. I feel that they only want to do the things that make the customer happy and do it at a fair and reasonable price.

Courteous service with competent performance.

The personnel are very direct in describing your auto problem. At 83 years of age, I have done business with a lot of auto repair folks, and beyond a doubt, David, Dean, and all the personnel are the best in the business. Also, the atmosphere, waiting area, and a clean convenient restroom and appropriate music, adds to your satisfaction.
