I liked that I was greeted by the 2 guys in charge. My car needed help; and I was treated well; honestly and fairly. The repairs were made quickly and I was impressed that they didn’t try to up sell me. They did a thorough job on the repairs and additional things that should have been fixed by another shop from another repair.

My experience was a pleasant surprise. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by professionals who were both warm, engaging and welcoming. The attention to customer care was one of the best that I have encountered most recently. They serviced my car and gave immediate feedback that was not sugarcoated but honest and detailed. I also loved the care that I observed to others who entered the store. While always professional they also extended the warmth of hospitality. This was my first visit, and what I experienced and also observed made me feel that each individual entering their doors did not take the definition or description of just another client or customer, they, in my opinion seemed to make you feel like an old friend.
