I always feel comfortable in the CBA environment. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars, I feel free to ask any question I have about my car and not be intimidated. Also, I always get an answer that I understand so I know what is going on and am kept informed.

I purchased a 3-year warranty when I bought my used pickup. Extensive repairs needed to be done that were specifically covered under the warranty. However, the warranty company did everything they could to deny the claim. Because our technician (Tyler) was both experienced and knowledgeable, the claim ended up being approved. However, it was only approved due to the hard work and the extra mile Tyler went to in order to give us the best service possible. I honestly believe that if I had gone to another shop, that my claim would have been denied and I would be out $2,000.

I never hesitate to recommend or refer anyone to Christian brothers. If I know they are looking for a shop I immediately recommend your location.

I have a Christian Brothers near my home, but I go to the one in Liberty because they are exceptional at customer service. They explain things to me in words I can understand and their prices are very reasonable and fair.
