The transparency, honesty, and great customer service (from mechanic to rides). I scheduled a Missouri Inspection and all repairs needed to pass plus additional were explained and shown to me. Also, the text link feature is convenient and a lot more helpful than the old phone tag way! My family, friends, and I have used CB for years! No complaints. I told Dave I already recommended CB to my coworkers! Thank you!
