The pleasantry that I experienced from my initial greeting received lasted until got back into my repaired vehicle. Mr. Arthur answered the phone with such joy and listened with patience. The politeness was present even after I told him that I would call back, not committing to his quote/service offer. I did accept and was told to come in and someone will bring me home and pick me up when service was complete. See, I have a Mercedes Benz and I am used to getting a loaner from the dealership, I was not too keen on being driven around and not able to take care of errands while my car was being repaired. Anyways, I arrived at CB and everything was so neat, clean and comfortable, I almost wanted to just sit in the lobby for the 4 hours. Mr. Arthur was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He had a young man, so sorry that I don't remember his name, drive me home. He actually took me and another lady home. I could tell that she was having a pleasant experience as well. He put on Christmas music and drove us safely. I personally have a phobia about riding in cars with people that I don't know, but I felt safe. Special thanks to him! I was picked by Mr. Dan. I actually sat in the front with him, didn't want him to feel like he was driving Miss Daisy, LOL. It was a comfortable ride back. Mr. Arthur checked me out with a price that was actually a few dollars cheaper than quoted and gave me a white carnation!!! On top of that, I saved hundreds of dollars and got great service for my vehicle. What a overall positive experience. This business KNOWS the importance of treating people as you want to be treated and customer service. I will be a returning customer...
