I brought the car in to you on January and when we got it back the AC wasn't blowing cool air anymore. Since it was still cool we didn't think it was too bad. Financially I didn't think I could have it fixed. So I prayed and got an answer and I brought it back to you guys and the cable or plug was not on the unit.
I was charged for you all putting it back on. I have never had any problems with you all so I told Michael I am going to complain even though I couldn't afford that service charge, I just gave it to God. I thank you all for your honesty. Me and my wife both are thankful. God bless you and your employees. We are faithful and our members that come to you for service.
