Friendly, did not push other items that should be done but weren’t critical.
Didn’t have an appointment for an oil change, but they squeezed me in anyway! Everyone was super friendly and very polite. I really liked the photos of things I should have fixed in the near future. Very helpful in understanding what they were describing to me, and I could print them out for my “to do” list to remember. It had to be the fastest oil change ever!
Another thing I noticed: a young man came in with a pick up that kept not starting. They helped him out so he could get to work and come back for the truck to be fully fixed. That I took note of!
They fixed our auto problem & backed it up with great service & care. They went the extra step to make sure we were satisfied with their service.
