The entire team was professional, yet friendly, and they explained everything well. The pictures of the damage were unexpected and welcomed. The valet rides to home, work and the shop were unexpected and extremely important to me. If that wasn't enough, I began noticing during travel that other shops were dirty, but Christian Brothers Automotive shops are extraordinarily clean. David, Cranston and Raymond are top notch as well as the other mechanics. I could tell they are very meticulous about their work from what I saw in the moments. Dave & the crew do a good job & usually do it right the first time. They are also persistent around trying to truly diagnose challenging problems. They also work with me on pricing.
