I had called the day before and was scheduled for an oil change @ 11AM, but when I arrived at my appointment time, I was not in the system. This caused additional issues; like the oil filter not being ordered and available when my vehicle arrived. This is not the norm for CBA, so I don’t want to submit a negative comment. John was able to get the oil filter and have my car ready almost in time for my 1PM vet appointment. I was only a few minutes late. I appreciate the special care to get the work completed.
