No upfront fees that would be collected regardless of service (Chevy currently is charging $185) Very professional employees - did not seem to be annoyed with my super basic questions, I do not know a lot about cars - took the time to make sure I understood what I was being told and paying for. Like the texting feature. Really like the follow up summary with pictures and recommendations. Thanks.
