Very thorough, respectful, and friendly service. They provide lifts to and from their shop, and offer complimentary bottles of water. They actually let me see the issues with my car, and don’t take advantage of their customers. Plus, I love the warm atmosphere, and the Christian music. They are the tops in car service.

Everyone was very nice. They allowed me to see other problems that was happening with my car, and informed me of future issues that could arise. They had to work on my car for another issue and provided a ride for me to work. The atmosphere inside the building was so calming and inviting. I really appreciated the customer service.

So far so good. Services was explained, pictures were sent regarding repairs. I was updated and it was done quickly. They seem very professional and competent.
Great customer service
The ambience and the attitude, the prompt service and the fact that my car was not smudged inside as it had been the last time I took car to be serviced at NTB. Was impressed overall and look forward to returning.
(The only thing that slightly bothered me was that, on the receipt, it was written that I had declined replacing brake fluid without mentioning WHY I declined. I declined because I had explained to CBA that both the brake fluid and the transmission fluid had been serviced only 7,000 miles earlier at the dealer's service shop.)
Had CBA said I NEEDED that service because brake fluid looked dirty, I would have agreed to change out fluid. But with CBA stating only that it was time for that particular service due to mileage accrued, I declined. Therefore I really did not see the need to mention our brake service exchange at all.
**So please CALL me from 844 Eldridge shop if in fact the brake fluid looked suspect because I did not hear that presented as to why the service was being offered.**
Apart from that, I was pleased with my experience!
