I have been taking my vehicles to Christian Brothers since I moved to Katy in 2015. I haven’t had a bad experience in this time frame.

I feel they listen and address the problems I bring in. They are personable, more than just a face walking in. The guys are very thorough.

They really take care of your car. I'm greatful to Mike, Service Manager. He took his time to comunicate with the extended warranty company and he explained to me their answer. After that, he sugested what to fix first. Left my car at the shop and Daniel was very kind drivining me back home. I got messages about the progress of the repairs and offered to pick me up to get it when my car was ready. Increíble team and service. First time I felt somebody was there to help me. I'll be back and I recomend 100% CBA.

Christian Brothers automotive personnel did an excellent evaluation of what I needed to have done to my 2008 Mercury marquee. The text message allowed me to choose from the items that they listed so that I could get the work that was priority for me. This was critical, since I’m on a set budget.
