While I miss having a real person to buy tickets from, I understand times change. The kiosks are easy to use but can't beat the interaction and customer service from a human.

Like the theatre and staff Movie Michael started 40 minutes late Computer trouble Employee tried to fast forward through extra stuff to get movie started We had to go down after 20 minutes to let them know that nothing was on the screen
