What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I last visited the Silverado theatre in San Antonio for the movie Marty Supreme.
The concessions were very clean and the staff was very attentive and informed me of my reward points to apply toward my purchase.
The recliner er seats were very squeaky, so when anyone would adjustment chair everyone could hear it squeak.
I also ordered a food item that was cooked in a timely manner.
I did not see a bin for the coat donation as it was advertised on the preview screening.

The theater was very clean, the seats were comfortable, I received excellent customer service, I was even excited that they had 3D glasses specifically for children. The popcorn was very fresh and delicious and the Coke Freestyle machines are my favorite. And THANK YOU for Military Mondays!

Clean and very friendly staff. I love the rewards program. As a frequent movie watcher, I accumulate point rapidly and enjoy the perks and free drinks and food.

The fresh hot popcorn is great.
