What do you like about our restoration services?

Jake and hisl technicians were very personable and professional. We felt we were in good hands with solving our water issue. They kept us informed at a all times explaining their procedures.

What do you like about our restoration services?

We were overall very pleased with their service, compassion, and heart to help in a difficult time. The service manager who called to talk thru everything was also very empathetic and helpful. The only small complaint is what they called a protocol that seemed a bit unnecessary. When taking out the lower kitchen cabinets, they were asked (by us) not to destroy them if there was no damage to them. They insisted it was protocol and tore apart cabinets that were 3 years old. I'm sure I don't understand everything on their end (maybe there was damage, but we were never told either way). However, that small complaint is overshadowed by some very helpful young men who did a great job getting rid of water damage and "growth."

My experience was fantastic under the circumstances. The young gentleman Jake and Ryan were so extremely kind that with the way they treated me and my home I would recommend your company to anyone and everyone that needed your services.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My sink base cabinet was destroyed and it wasn’t repaired or replaced. James Holden talked a good walk but didn’t do a good job. Dissatisfied all the way around. Things were not done as they should have been.

None of these items were on the disposal list and they did not come back to me.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The small fire in my house on March 27 did not cause that much damage. I have been told my house would be completed over and over. I stayed in a hotel for 10 days and nothing was done. I am back in a hotel and nothing has been done for 2 days. I now do not have access to a hotel room for Friday night. My household goods are still being stored by you my husband suffers from dementia and this has been horrible It has been more than a moth and 1/2 and the house only needed vents cleaned and 2 rooms painted. Why is the taking so long.

Hello Donna,
I am not sure where the confusion is and as you know I am available 24/7 by phone. The hang up came from the property owner not giving us permission to perform the work needed. We have done everything we could up until working on the actual home itself. We since had the correct documents signed and written approval from your adjuster to begin and we started as soon as our schedule allowed us to without stalling any other current projects we have running. This is why we have been in contact with you every day to keep you updated. Our duct cleaners are on site today and we will be sealing after. I apologize for any inconvenience however we have been moving as fast as the events surrounding have allowed. Thank you and I will speak to you shortly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Came to my house to put dry flooring from a water leak. Came out on a wed. Came thursday to check equipment all was good. Came out on friday and said since I had my windows open I delayed my drying time by 13 hours. Nobody told me not to open windows. They also stated that we could no longer shower in the bathroom as the floor was not drying. We booked a hotel room for the weekend. On monday they came out to get equipment at that time they let me know that my hallway is show it is still soaked. The person I spoke to stated that my hallway was showing dry on friday, I find this hard the believe that the hallway was dry when I had windows open then on monday my hallway was soaked when nobody was home all weekend. They then crawl under my house and see insulation on my sub-flooring. The person I spoke to stated that is was against code to have insulation on the sub flooring. I hate to burst his bubble but when you have an all electric house you have insulation on the sub flooring and it is not against code.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service was provided. Our water damage was discovered in late afternoon hours on a saturday night. The integrity of character displayed by all the servicemaster employees involved in our water damage claim was exemplory. The promptness of the work performed ensured a quick dry out and no worries regarding mold in the future. Thanks!
