Love the whole experience! They are very professional , courteous and friendly! Great customer service every time I come in! Love Brian , the courtesy shuttle driver who remembers me even if I only come in every 6 months for oil change and inspection. Their reception area is so clean and inviting if I decide to wait there. They even offered me a free oil change on my next visit on one of my visits when I had to wait longer then the expected , even though I didn’t mind! Now that’s service! Highly recommend Christian Brothers!
Quick complete check of my car when I brought it in for an oil change. I think if there were more proactive when suggesting future repairs to access the customer's previous repairs so as to not duplicate the suggestions with work that they have already done.

Helpful, courteous answered all of my questions. The maintenance was done in 3 hours and I was on my way. As a widow good service like this is a blessing. I will continue to us Christian Brothers for all the maintenance on my car. My sister as well.

I liked that my grandson could work at a place like that and I was glad that he told me to let you guys work on my car and I was very happy I did you guys did a great job of communicating and very nice to talk too The garage was very nice and I also was thrilled that I could get a discount on the price for having my grandson work there so it was just a very great experience and who knows I may need you down the road I will keep your card around so whoever’s here can see it And thank you so much. Great timely repair
All I had to do was drop off, they took care of everything else. No issues on my part, they made all the phone calls and explanation to my 3rd party vehicle repair company. They kept me in the loop from start to finish.
Christian Brothers (Gray Rd) is the absolute best! They are always so kind, but they are also honest and explain everything that they’re doing. I rave about this place to everyone and will never go anywhere else!
There’s a lot of automotive shops in Clermont that tout a “good reputation”. I went to one that was highly recommended and begins with the letter ‘Y’. I’m glad I was able to meet the owner before I left my car. A nasty, grouchy old man that convinced my wife and I to go elsewhere. I would be afraid of what he might do to my car and did not feel safe leaving it there.
Instead we went to Christian Brothers Automotive. What a difference!!! They actually made us feel like we were important and mattered. They were courteous, glad to see us, and ready to resolve our car problems.
They kept us informed the entire time and we were extremely happy with the work they did. If you like people who know what they’re doing and deliver the kind of service you expect then you’ll like your experience at CHRISTIAN BROTHERS! They treated us with respect and did a fine job! Why waste your time with companies like ‘Y’ who could care less about you or your car?

Always great service at Christian Brothers. Through the years we have done some price comparisons based on the quotes given, and Christian Brothers always comes in at a fair price for repairs. All the staff are friendly and courteous. This is our go to place for car repairs.
I liked the electronic estimate and approval system. It was very convenient to read and accept on my own schedule. I work nights, so my hours of being awake are different from a daytime person.
