Christian Brothers always tells me up front what the issues are and the cost. They help me to decide which repair is the priority. They have always gone out of their way to compensate me with a free oil change when they are not able to keep to their time line and keep me updated with any changes. They also did not charge me when a repaired part did not work as expected.

Very pleasant experience. I needed new brakes and rotors. Dropped my truck off Monday morning and it was done by the afternoon. Complimentary shuttle service was able to take me home and pick me up when the service was completed. Everyone there seemed very nice and helpful with any questions I had. It’s definitely an inconvenience when you’re without your vehicle, but this was about as smooth as it gets when it comes to service.
They none showed me old parts.
The website is easy to navigate and make appointments. The greeting has been friendly and the offer of coffee or water is nice. There were snacks my first visit but just lollipops this time, so that was the only downgrade. My oil change service reminder wasn’t reset but a quick YouTube search and I was able to go it. I’m basically a mechanic now, are y’all hiring? :) Waiting room is nice and comfortable. Temperature was good. Overall great service, friendly team. Hard to imagine going anywhere else.

I was treated with kindness and concern by the staff. My intermittent issues were thoroughly investigated, and when the problem could not be replicated I was not charged. And I was contacted a few days later to see how it was driving and if there were any concerns that I had. I felt like a valued customer even though I am new to the area. Very friendly and seem to have a great knowledge of automobiles. Seem to have a lot of detail in the pre inspection of your vehicle. Very well kept shop and exterior.
I am so thankful to have an honest company like Christian Brothers to service all my vehicles. Reliable troubleshooting skills to find the problems with both of our F150's and then provide different options to repair it in the most cost effective manner. So blessed. For sure coming back for all my oil changes or if any other maintenance issues come up.
Quick efficient service
They kept me informed of the problems found with my car and also sent pictures of where the problems occurred. They also gave estimated repair costs all via text messaging, not to forget to mention the car seems to run a lot better now.
This store always takes good care of me. They do fast, thorough work, and pricing is very fair. As a single woman, I worry about repair shops overcharging me or trying to bill me for something that doesn’t need fixing, but this team is always transparent and honest about the work, and always such friendly customer service.
