Polite and honest
I would say the customer service was what I appreciated the most in my experience at Christian Brothers. I came in for an oil change which is one of the most basic services a shop can provide. The professionalism of the staff was immediately apparent. I was grateful for the complimentary vehicle inspection. It allowed me to be aware of areas that need to be addressed with my vehicle to keep it running properly. My wife and I were surprised to find cold water bottles available in our car as we drove away, and further surprised later to find coasters under the bottles. Since our visit, I have received a text, an email, and a voicemail thanking me for my patronage and communicating that they would be happy to help with any service I need for my car in the future. The professionalism and customer service are the things that go above and beyond other automotive service shops in my experience. Thank you for taking good care of us.
