They only did a state inspection but they were prompt, courteous and I appreciated the Christian atmosphere.

I was a walk in on a busy day for walk-ins and I was greeted/helped immediately. The work was much quicker than I expected. Even received a picture chart of what work was being done, I learned a thing or two. Overall a great experience, will be back.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 10 is because I feel as though if a customer pays for the EXPENSIVE diagnostic, and then get the work done same day- the diagnostic fee should be discounted or waived, especially when you’re already spending almost $1000. Other than that, I never have any complaints about the work, customer service or the atmosphere. Everything else is always 10 stars for me.

Everyone is very professional. They don’t try and sell you anything you didn’t ask for when you first arrive. They make recommendations and explain thoroughly.

I was blown away by how professional and prompt the communication was with Christian Brothers Automotive. My company car had been in another repair shop for 10 days and they still cannot repair the damaged A/C leak. Christian Brothers had my car repaired in less than 24 hours! The shop was about 25 minutes away from my house, but the service I received was definitely worth the trip.

The facility is nice and clean and the staff is nice and polite. You also can respond from your phone to keep an update on your car. Also, pictures to explain their concern with your vehicle.
