I am on the week free trial and I am hooked! I will definitely be signing up. The facility is spacious and full of amenities. The classes are perfect for these cold winter days. I can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible with every class.

Core power Sherman oaks is where I go to relax and recharge. The staff is awesome and the studio is always clean and calm and full of great energy.

The environment is welcoming, staff is always friendly. Studio is super clean and has little touches like filtered water, tissues in bathroom and grooming products. Classes always start on time. Sherman Oaks studio has large rooms so it is rarely crowded or full.

When I got in your door for the first time I got a smile ! Then was told that I would be helped in one min ! This all went a long way whith me ! I have had nothing but support and help from day one . The staff are smart funny helpfull and supportive . They give good advice when it's needed without making you feel small or stupid ! All I can say is thanks !
