The yoga teachers were motivated me to dedicate my all to my practice. And let me know that where ever I was in my practice was ok. It wasn't a race. Just take your time and do your best and you will get everything that you could imagine out of yoga. I loved that!

All the great teachers at Corepower have practically saved my life! After being constantly stressed out at work and feeling fatigued, I turned to Corepower for help, and the teachers taught me the importance of moving meditations. Also it doesn't hurt that everyone at CorePower Sherman oaks is very nice and facilities are clean. Thank you!

I love how you can walk in as a beginner and walk out feeling accomplished. All of the teachers are supportive. I love the added element of music to yoga, it helps me focus. Very clean.
