I loved the fact that I don't have to book an appt to come and that I can just show up and check in. This takes so much stress off the experience. Also, I adore the setup and breathing room between classes so that you don't have a ton of people fighting for the same lockers and parkng spaces. Lastly, I love the friendly and welcoming the staff. There is great energy in the room.

Teachers, class structure, lots of unlimited classes available, music, the fact that I can usually find a CPY in most cities I travel to.

The HVF class we took was absolutely amazing. As a beginner I was happily able to keep up in the class and I felt very accomplished at the end! Can't wait for the next class!

This was my husband's and my first time doing yoga and it was a wonderful experience! Nancy K. was a great instructor. The heat was intense, but we felt comfortable and like we got a solid workout. If we lived locally we would definitely return. Just went to our local Core Power in Encinitas and it was a really nice facility as well! Thanks!
