I love the instructors and the ambiance. While I enjoy other CPY locations, I loooove the Sherman Oaks location and drive out of my way to attend classes there.
The staff at the Sherman Oaks Studio are wonderful and I just can't get enough of their teachings. Unfortunately, I'm on medical disability and my class visits are limited.
Kudos to the clean team too. The rooms are always sanitized and clean for the next class! Love you all!

I love Victoria San's 7:30 classes on Mon & Wed. The perfect class without being bombarded with LOUD music so early in the am.

Open a studio on Lobg Island
The place has great energy as soon as you enter the place you feel the wormth of the persons who works there and their helping with open arms.
The classs are incredible and in a few classes you become very comfortable and feel your body transformation which is amazing!
I lost fat and cellulite in just a week of hot yoga.
You can also get great sales items if you looking to buy yoga pants or mats.
I am grateful I found a place that I feel like so completely comfortable and always looking to my next day to take another class.

Great people and great facilities
I love the fusion of traditional yoga with weights, energizing music and a modern atmosphere! It's nice to be able to learn yoga moves with the traditional names as well as the english interpretations and instructions, which makes it easier to learn and do the poses!
