Great classes & availability!
When I began Hot Yoga 7 months ago as a 72 year old and never been involved in any yoga in the past, I was a little unsure if this was something I would continue to do after the first painful week. The support, encouragement and patience shown by your staff now has me totally committed to yoga and it has even improved my golf game - it was always quite good. Thank you.

I keep my membership here for three reasons Mickey, Wendy and Bridget. These three teachers are inclusive and have a spectacular way of making you feel noticed. There have been multiple occasions where I have thought of cancelling but as long as these three are there I will be also.

They are the kind of classes I have always enjoyed participating in. I like working out in a group setting ( Yoga Sculpt and Core 2 ). I am motivated by the instructors and also all the participants enthusiasm, encouragement. In addition to a great workout of the body, the classes also focus on mindfulness of life and I always leave feeling a bit more aware of and engaged in the world around me.
Hannah Deeters is amazing! She was the coach for my 2nd class of yoga. She has the ability to teach and take time with the class. Just terrific!

The customer service! The staff is warm, friendly, inviting and genuinely wants you to be there! Some locations in MN, make you feel like you are not in their "club" if you don't go to that location regularly.
