Practitioners are friendly, approachable and take the time to listen to your issues and your history. If they explain something in pilates and I don't understand it (how to do something, what I should be feeling in what areas or how to activate a muscle), they can immediately provide an alternative explanation/a different way of thinking about it so I can grasp the concept. I love the stressed importance of doing a rep correctly, even if you can only do it 10 times - as opposed to doing 20 reps incorrectly. I feel supported, encouraged and safe.

I love the workout sessions and the trainers are amazing. After having a knee operation I was told I wasn’t going to be able to kneel on it for about a year but here I am kneeling after 3 months and that is all due to the wealthy knowledge of my trainers.
