I think it's a great gym. It has a great collection of equipment and the staff is very nice. The only thing I would recommend would be to add some anti bacterial gel/hand sanitizer throughout the gym. This is the only place I've been to without it. Thanks!
Zumba classes. Floor is not easy to turn on with resistance causing knee strain.
I am a Club 24 member and regularly visit the Newtown gym. I had been hearing a lot of positive talk about the After Burn class at the New Milford gym so I called and asked if I could try a class. The response was, "Ye please do come and try a class. I attended this past Wednesday at 9am. Marshall was the trainer. It was an excellent session. Marshall paired exercises and planned the class to offer a full body workout. He offered positive feedback and adjustments to movements as needed. It was interesting to be able to monitor my heart rate and to be able to see the summary of my workout. Thank you!
Easy to get to, convenient hours, nice staff.
The employees are really nice, everything is clean and organized, and there is a great mix of free weights and machines.
I like the anount of cardi equipment available, the weight areas and the clases available.

I have been seeing a trainer weekly since the beginning of the year
and the two that I have had have been great (Jake & Jeff).
The staff is friendly and I'm happy with how clean it is.
Proximity, cleanliness, courteous staff members and a facility that fosters people's health and well being. Just don't turn in to a planet fitness and we're good. Thank you. Met a gentleman in Middletown today named Bobbie, friendly and helpful.
