I really like the club. I would have given it a 10. What reduced the number was the policy on memberships. I have been on a three month orange plan and wanted to switch to the base membership and go on as a month to month client when that is over, but was told I would basically have to joint again for a year and pay the maintenance fee again in three months. That would bring my maintenance fees to two in 6 months instead of once a year. I think there should be more flexibility ins switching plans. Another god part: many of the receptionists are

Simple gym experience. If you want a class it’s there, if you want a Trianer they are there. If you don’t then go and work out. No pool, hot tub, racket ball court, or other things that I will never use to add to the cost. Love the massage chairs
Although the staff changes somewhat frequently at the club, the friendliness of the front desk staff is consistent. It seems they work hard to get to know the members. I am often greeted by my first name when I arrive. The gym is clean and well maintained. Competitively-priced memberships offer the same or more (TVs on all equipment, multiple sets of various weights, etc.) than higher-priced area competition. I also like that the gym is divided into workout areas, providing ample space for members to workout with or without weights or machines.
My favorite part of the gym is Justin, my trainer. Training with him is kind of like going to the dentist. You don't always look forward to going, but you always feel great afterward (although I've been with him long enough to look forward to going). Choosing a trainer and dentist is similar too - you choose someone who is an expert - knowledgeable and professional. Justin understands a wide range of training methods, not just the one he practices himself so he is able to effectively tailor workouts to his clients' needs and abilities. He is personable, but like a dentist, doesn't expect his clients to be chatty. It's hard to talk when you are working hard; likewise when you have a drill or toothbrush in your mouth. Perhaps a light-hearted comparison, but seriously, Justin is the reason I come to and maintain my membership at Club 24. I am confident that all his clients feel this way. It's obvious, based on how long he's been at the gym, that he is a loyal an committed employee. He's a keeper!

Very friendly staff, they always say hello & goodbye. The last gym I went to Planet Fitness they never acknowledged you. The people behind the counter would just talk amongst themselves. This gym is a fresh breath of air!
