I really like the small class size, Cozy comfortable environment, new equipment. Instructor( Megan and Doreen) are so nice and experienced, always have new practice.
Great pilates class and equipment. I liked the organization of all the equipment and that it was so easily available.

Do not feel the instructors did a very good job with being compassionate about being in pain and paying attention to that.

Offer a variety of instructors on Friday nights. Include Maya and other great experienced instructors who have subbed over the summer in the evenings.

The description of the class that I took did not mention that the class was done with an unusual amount of force on the shoulders, therefore being inappropriate for anyone with spinal compression concerns..
Best staff and teachers … Coreworks is like family to me. They are kind and helpful. Teachers genuinely care and take the time to teach you how to become successful in your classes.
