Good instructors, friendly staff, convenient location with parking. My only issue with attending class more often is that classes for cycling and bar are so late on weekdays. 4:30 or 5:00 additions/change would be awesome!
I is easy to sign up for and take classes that are given a multiple times a day.

I enjoyed the class because it was upbeat and kept me going time seem to go by quickly and also the instructor came over and gave me a personal fit for the bike. The computers on the bike are very useful.

I loved my SLIM class with Jen. She was very enthusiastic as well as encouraging. I also like the different classes you offer, although my schedule isn't as open as I want it to be to take the classes I would prefer. But I am looking forward to attending another class!
Friendly staff, great instructors, light and airy space. I love everything about Fit On!!! I have brought many friends there and in fact am bringing two new one's on Friday!!

I have only been to a few spin classes early in the morning. The instructor, Mo, is really nice and wakes me up. I feel like I get a good workout. It is convenient. I would recommend it.
The teachers are very positive, motivating and encouraging. The studio is very clean and inviting. The classes are scheduled at convenient times.

Circuit training classes are great and very effective. Spinning was a good workout but the teacher (dawn) screams way to loud into her microphone and it was piercing. Also, I wish she had more current/upbeat music to motivate us with.
Great teachers and spin bikes , local owners are great do a lot with community.

Procing is incredible. Staff is so friendly and amazing. Aidan and Natalie at the front desk are fantastic. Friendly, they know my name and always ask how i am. So professional and so kind. They make coming in to work out that much better because i truly look forward to seeing them. Besides that, dawn hamilton, and marie are my favorite instructors. All around extremely pleased !!
